Learn more at .As the Commercial Compliance Manager for Italy and Iberia , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business operates in an ethical and legal manner without compromising its effectiveness or efficiency.
You will work closely with the EMA Commercial Compliance Manager and Country Managers to develop and implement compliance programs that promote responsible behavior and initiatives throughout the organization.
This role requires strong collaboration with legal and compliance teams, with a primary focus on achieving our compliance goals within the region.Key Responsibilities Act as a key member of the Italy and Iberia Management Teams, providing strategic compliance insights and mentorship.
Build and maintain positive relationships with the Medtech shared service legal and compliance colleagues to ensure alignment on compliance matters.
Identify compliance training needs across all functions and develop comprehensive training materials and delivery strategies.
Supervise and manage the compliance training delivery, ensuring that certification and tracking systems are maintained effectively.
Collaborate with the Western Cluster Manager and Compliance Director to develop systems for evaluating the efficiency of compliance programs.
Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing case support and advice on compliance matters, and improving accountability across the organization.
Lead market compliance reviews and maintain effective communication systems to support compliance initiatives.
Continuously develop and update compliance processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
Drive the privacy program within the business, managing all incoming requests related to personal data in accordance with company procedures.
Foster strong working relationships with Finance colleagues within the Vision business.
Evaluate compliance processes for potential streamlining while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Coach and develop direct reports, encouraging a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or minimum of 5 years business experience.
Proven skills in developing and delivering training programs
