Airbus Crisa (TSAI) is the organization within Airbus DS - Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers.
TSAM5 is the department in charge of Sales and Contract Management at Airbus Crisa.
Integrated into the commercial and contracts team, the job holder will mainly perform bid management and commercial activities:
Prepare and issue responses to national and international invitations to bid. This includes the preparation of RFIs/RFPs and solicitation, assessment and negotiation of subcontractors proposals.Management of the Bid team and set-up of the Bid team organization during the proposal phase (schedule, resource planning, meetings, intermediate pink and red team reviews, RMC, share working area, communication) in accordance with the acquisition process.Responsible to run clarification/discussions about technical and programmatic mayttersduring negotiation phase in continuous communication with the Campaign Manager.Responsible for key information transmission to bid team (ensure the proposal process is understood by all bid team members, make sure that all documents are properly distributed, transmission of evolution of requirements and customer intelligence information obtained from Campaign Manager)Ultimate responsible for the complete preparation of winning proposals and its contents as well as presentation to approval authorities. Responsible for the definition of the overall structure of the proposal and the associated volume responsible.Gathering of all costs estimation from the different functions, challenge them if, compute all costs and prepare price templates (PSS. PAS for RMC…)Make sure that customer procurement processes and Sales processes (KYC, Acquire business…) are respectedAct as focal point and customer/subcontractor I/F in all contractual matters during proposal phase and project phase.Co-ordinate with Technical Teams, Finance experts, Legal, Export, Offset to obtain the right expertise at the right time in the commercial bid and Cover Letter;Support the Campaign Manager in pricing negotiation or lead pricing negotiation if Campaign manager is not assigned;Support Contracts Manager in contract negotiationMaintain a satisfactory understanding of relevant legislation and best practices associated with contracting activities and contribute to the overall Airbus´ objectives on improvement of efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to the overall financial objectives by proposing/negotiating satisfactory payment plans and supporting invoicing and cash targetsEducation:
Post-graduate Master degree in business administration or Engineering is required.
Language:
English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
French (negotiation level) would be appreciated
Work experience (Concept and time):
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in bid management in an international environment with detailed understanding of commercial/financial implications and contractual negotiations.

Capability to integrate and work in multidisciplinary team.Methodical and organized.Good Team spirit and business-orientation. About Us Airbus Crisa (CRISA, Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería S.A.U.) is a Spanish company founded in 1985 to design and manufacture electronic equipment, systems and software for space applications, specialising mainly in satellites, launchers, orbital infrastructure and space transportation vehicles.
