Commercial Asset Manager

Areas of Responsibility:
The Commercial Asset Manager will be responsible for:

Negotiation, relations and consolidation of the relationship with landowners, suppliers, local authorities, and strategic partners and consultants.
Support the technical aspects of the projects.
Supervision and adaptation of projects to the requirements of the public tender in Spain.
Support in the finalization and management of energy sales contracts.
Due diligence processes.
Contract Management (commercial and technical-administrative aspects).
Budgeting.
Regulatory and permitting (guarantee the obtaining permits needed for continued operation of power plants; ensure the necessary support in obtaining permits for project approval).

Studies:
Engineering or Business Administration.
Work Experience:
3/4 years (at least) of experience in a similar role.
Languages:
Spanish (mother tongue) and English. Italian would be a plus.
IT Skills:
Microsoft Office Package.
Know – How & Managerial Skills
The candidate is a highly skilled person motivated to work in an international group focused on enlarging its presence in Spain, growing in terms of MW installed with a pipeline of projects.
The attitude must be part of a flexible team.
Additional Information
Place of work: Madrid with the requirement and availability to travel, especially in Spain where we have the projects or to the headquarters in Italy - Genoa.
