We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Commercial and Sales Analytics Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.The purpose of this position is to provide advanced commercial sales support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, help to drive a more effective sales process across the organization, and to ensure internal/external Customer satisfaction.This is a hybrid working role and will require 3 days to work from the office and 2 days from home.Responsibilities:Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned Customers: knowledge of roles and responsibilities at the Customer and knowledge of internal relationships/decision makers, understanding the Axalta way.Interacts with a broader network of internal Axalta Partners to ensure that the Customers' requirements are understood, and commitments are met.Provides advanced commercial support to Account Managers & Sales Operational Leaders.Responsible for management of required SOX processes (Sales and Revenue Process – Rebates, Discounts & Commissions, Sales revenues are not improperly recognized, KG- Price List Validation, Payment Terms, Incoterms).Responsible for the following price-related topics: creation of KG price changes request via SFDC (for prices changes in SAP), KG price list update and maintenance in internal Customer prices list and in OMP+ as well (in OMP+ for all assigned Customers - regardless of whether CPU or KG Customer).Key requirements:Bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, marketing, or any other related field.Business acumen, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.Advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, SAP).Ideally, fluent in English, German, and preferably one additional language (French, Spanish).Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
