The Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40,000 employees worldwide.We are looking for a Commercial and Operations Assistant Iberia based in Barcelona (Spain) for a temporary contract of 6 months (renewable).Responsibilities: Ensure orders are in the system at the price indicated by commercials.Follow up on sales proforma invoices and support customs clearance.Coordinate deliveries with customers before dispatch.Check sales invoices with Monaco and forward them to our forwarder.Provide service to supermarkets, ensuring all orders are done as required.Ensure that commercial tasks follow the process when the sales representative is not in the office.Support posting of SO when required.Ad-hoc tasks and back-office management (mail, coffee...).Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English.Organizational maturity and effectiveness.Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.Results-oriented with a positive approach.Ability to deal with change.Excellent communication skills / proficiency in computers.Qualifications: Minimum 1 year overall experience in logistic/sales department.Proficiency in Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
