Role: Commercial Administrator
Purpose of role: As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide administration support to the Commercial team.
Location: Madrid Regional Office
Reporting To: Country Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Commercial Manager on all aspects of reporting. Assist in reporting on and compiling reports on competition within the region. Liaise with Store, B&M team, and the Depot on stock issues across all departments. Support the Core lines process in the region. Create and update communications for Retail Communication Application with the region. Compile and update Weekly and Period Trade Reports. Facilitate NLP checks as well as work with collections and returns from both Stores and B&M team. Support Commercial Manager with all stock allocation within the region. Administration of paperwork. Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Experience and competence with business software such as Microsoft Office. Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a pro-active approach. Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Intermediate level of English. The ideal individual will: Be experienced in Administration. Have a good level of business acumen, sound common sense, and a genuine interest in the retail industry. Be service-driven, personable, and a logical thinker, confident in dealing with all levels of stakeholders, proactive, diplomatic with a positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude.
