Do you have critical and analytical thinking, and can you work under pressure?Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge:University degree in Economics or relevant area.Master's degree would be a plus.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Ms Office Tools - excellent knowledge.Budget controlling.At least 3 years of relevant experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.Experience in dealing with internal & external stakeholders, proactive engagement with various stakeholders, ability to work and find your way in a matrix organisation.Influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen.Ability to work under stress, process large volumes of data, and create understandable summaries.Project management skills, the ability to define clear priorities in multi-project environments.Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative, and consultative.WE ARE BAT:At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
