Collections Specialist With A High Level Of English

We're looking for a Collections Specialist with a high level of English to support the USA market!

Tasks As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Minimizing bad debt risk and maximizing accounts receivable collections for the USA market
- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
- Conducting collection calls
- Ensuring mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables
- Negotiating customer disputes to resolution and documents root cause
- Maintaining accurate collection files
- Reviewing and monitor assigned accounts
- Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements

Requirements You're the person we're looking for if: - You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Collections
- You have at least a C1 level of English
- You have experience with Excel and at least one ERP
- You have an effective business writing and professional communication skills
- You have good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- You're detail oriented, organized and proactive
- You're highly collaborative
- You're willing to work from 17:00 to 2:00 OR from 14:00 to 23:00 (in order to support the USA market)
