For one of our clients – a company supporting transportation and logistics with their products
and innovative technology, we are searching for experienced, adaptable and analytically-
minded individuals for the role of Collection Specialist with Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish (REMOTE). Essential Responsibilities:Manage collections for Norwegian and Finnish markets via calls and emails;Maintain and update call schedules and follow-ups;Secure payment commitments and ensure proper cash application;Handle dispute management until resolution and escalate issues as needed;Provide portfolio status updates and maintain customer intelligence files;Perform month-end close tasks and monitor relevant mailboxes;Ensure compliance with the Collections Playbook and achieve performance targets;Assist with training, process updates, and reporting. Requirements:1–3 years of relevant experience in an international environment;Knowledge of Finance, ERP systems (SAP is a plus), and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP);Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business;Fluent in English and Norwegian/Finnish/Swedish (written and spoken);Adaptable to change, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;Strong analytical, time management, and teamwork skills.
