KEY RESPONSABILITIES: The Collaboration Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth through strategic collaboration initiatives.
This role will involve working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) as well as external partners to identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities.
The Collaboration Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing the monetization of partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and revenue targets.
Revenue Growth through Partnerships: Work closely with the Business Development and Partnerships teams to identify new collaboration opportunities that contribute to revenue generation.
Revenue Tracking & Forecasting: Monitor collaboration performance, track key revenue metrics, and ensure that all initiatives are on track to meet or exceed targets.
Regularly report on revenue progress to leadership.
Partnership Optimization: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing partnerships.
Ensure ongoing success of partnerships through effective relationship management and revenue maximization strategies.
Contract Management & Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation and structuring of commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear revenue-sharing models.
Revenue Analytics: Use data to assess the effectiveness of collaboration efforts, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue from collaborative efforts.
Internal Reporting & Coordination: Create and present regular reports on collaboration-driven revenue, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or revenue management within the payments, fintech, or financial services industries.
Experience in collaboration-driven revenue generation is a strong plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Advanced degrees or certifications in sales enablement or operations are a plus.
Revenue Growth Focus: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives.
Strong Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize revenue strategies.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate favorable terms with partners.
Collaboration Expertise: Experience working across multiple teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to execute and deliver on collaborative revenue opportunities.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about business opportunities and align collaboration efforts with overall company goals.
