Coffee King: Finance & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to work from our office in Torremolinos.
TasksExperienced in Sage Accounting Software: customer entry, sales order process, purchase management,Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts using statements.Credit Control and Bank ReconciliationManage petty cash payments and process client paymentsHandle all invoice/payment-related inquiries, respond to phone calls and emails, and liaise with relevant suppliers and clients to ensure inquiries are addressed professionally and promptly.Create purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Sage 50 software.Perform general administrative tasks, such as file management, report preparation, and data entry.Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.RequirementsEssential to have Working Experience & Knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts software – minimum 2 years experience. Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
