We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.The Regional COE Supply Chain Manager provides leadership and guidance for all activities pertinent to the Source-to-Pay activities of the Buyouts Procurement Lifecycle.This includes all project sourcing and procurement activities pertinent to the supply of direct goods and services during the Project acquisition and purchasing phases, focused on the major buyout category.They are responsible for the delivery and execution of Sourcing strategies and adherence to procure-to-pay policies.Your role:Ensure team performance is in line with the expectation of the business needs in terms of PO Management and Supplier OTD.Drive compliance with sourcing procurement plans to support the needs of the business.Maintain accurate records and monitor KPIs and provide feedback to Leadership and applicable Procurement Leads in support of MORs.Monitor current sales opportunities and projects in execution and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track.Liaising with project stakeholders to obtain the required support from Commercial Operations and business units concerning project details and deliverables.Maintain KAM-level relationships with Partners, Preferred and other key suppliers to align supplier support with the COE structure.Champion improvements in the project process.Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements.Operate in full compliance with all Flowserve Policies Procedures as applicable to the role.Your profile:Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.Strong appreciation for operational/site metrics and needs.Wide Cultural adaptability, Change Oriented, Stress resistant.Ability to work in a Matrix and Network Organizational Model.Good influencing Capability and Effective listening skills.Excellent written and verbal English skills.Results Orientated.Master's degree in business (preferably ISM) or Engineering.Pursuit of Professional Accreditation (APICS, PMA, ASQ, CSCP, etc.
