We are seeking a Customer Order Execution Lead to join our team in Barcelona. Schedule and effectively co-ordinate demand on the order Fulfilment - integration Centre to support strategic objectives, with the management of sales and customer needs; improve quality and performance and ensure a constant management of P&L, budget and commercial deal enablement with sales, finance, and product teams. This is for CIII and adjacent market product offerings across EMEA.
Responsible for management of the EMEA supply chain and the effective running of the S&OP process (plus contract manufacturers & appointed business partner distributors) to ensure the supply of all orders to customers are completed to the customer's specification and delivered on time, through the implementation of clear processes and developing a highly skilled and motivated team. This includes the purchasing, supply chain, logistics and COE functions across EMEA.
Drive strategy and supply chain and COE improvement within the EMEA supply chain and ensure a high level of communication both internally and externally.
What You'll DoManaging the Customer Order book from Configuration through Shipment.Managing the 'Clear to Build', Production Scheduling, and Shipment to Customer.Purchasing and Planning of material to support 4.5 to 5.0 builds, this includes the management of purchasing, planning parameters, and execution and maintenance of Purchase Orders.Training, documentation, and competency of their team regarding the local ERP system.Operations reporting, conception, creation, maintenance.Local S&OP and demand planning champion.Champion sales funnel, configuration and demand requirements within the COE, aligned to sales operation's organization.NPI activity: Order Planning, Production Scheduling, and Purchasing.This includes peripheral market opportunity analysis, along with representing GSC from a material availability and cost perspective.Manage configurations of bills of materials for correct market specifications to meet compliant and functionality requirements, as well as on cost.Manage end of life product phase out strategy with sales and product team to manage provision risk of inventory whilst still meeting commercial requirements. Phasing out of inventory with EOS/EOL schedules, by promotional efforts made by sales/commercial department and having correct provisions in place for inventory holdings.Effective inventory management and financial targets set. Meet nominal days required and inventory turns per year set, as well as gross inventory levels.Account management and relationship management of international freight forwarders and local transport providers. This includes managing costs to budgets and meeting budgets.Strategic sourcing to drive efficiency across EMEA including contract negotiation & supplier management where required.
