Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon and Vitaance.

Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 people.

At Antai, we partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. In the last 10 years, we have gained experience in a variety of business models (E-Commerces/DNVBs, B2B SaaS, Marketplaces) operating in a wide range of industries including EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, InsurTech, among others.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder that will act as Chief Product Officer for a new venture in the GenAI space.

Which would be your responsibilities?

Launch a product from zero.

Constantly ensure product-market fit adapting to the market evolution and to the company growth stage.

Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition, as well as the product roadmap.

Analyze, prioritize and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.

Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.

Be data driven: report weekly on all user KPIs, translate the product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of the customer engagement and product strategy, and work closely with the other Co-Founders.

Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.

What are we looking for?

More than +7 years experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.

Proven experience in leading and executing projects that involve AI integrations, showcasing a deep understanding of AI-driven product development and strategy.

Strong knowledge and demonstrated enthusiasm for staying updated on AI trends, advancements, and emerging technologies.

Hands-on attitude, you love prototyping and building products with low code / no-code solutions and have built integrations with the ability to generate revenue.

Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.

Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to the Board of Directors.

A broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis and defining metrics.

Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English .
