As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company.
We'll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with capital, as well as strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.
As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for: Designing commercial, product, and growth strategiesBuilding, leading, and motivating a strong teamOverseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionAnalyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growthReviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvementsMaintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the companyBuilding trust with key partners and stakeholdersPresenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investorsRequirements: +7 years of experience in private company investing, either as an advisor for PE funds or preferably as an investor in PE funds (small, mid, large cap, growth funds, distressed, restructuring, etc.
)Excellent communication and selling skills in Spanish and EnglishProved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resourcesStrong will to commit to your own entrepreneurial project for the next 7 years (at minimum)Bonus points: proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirtyBeing comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertaintyBeing part of Antai's ecosystem, composed of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1BN+ companies.
