The mission of this position is to identify and evaluate co-development opportunities for wind and solar projects in Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES Environmental and resource pre-feasibility of identified opportunities.Liaison with potential developers and management of NDAs.Scenario analysis and modeling.Preparation of termsheets or NBOs.Sourcing and contracting advisors for due diligence processes.Coordination of external and internal teams for the different areas of Due Diligence: technical, legal, financial, tax.Evaluation and review of Due Diligence results and assessment of the risks and conclusions obtained.Support/participation in the preliminary decision making on the Go/No Go of the operation.Support in negotiation of deal contracts: APA, SPA, DSA.Preparation of presentations for approval committees.Coordination of transaction signing and closing processes.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Experience in renewable energies will be an asset.Intermediate level of English (B2-C1).Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Junior Professional 1/2 years experience in similar functions.Soft Skills: A structured, problem-solving, and agreement-oriented person. Proactive and self-learning attitude. Ability to work in a team and on your own. Good communication and negotiation skills.
