You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Network Architect / Product Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:Maintaining the lifecycle of the Network Products (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Encryption, DDI, Proxy etc.) and managing improvements, updates, changes, and obsolescence management of products.Maintaining the infrastructure in operational condition in line with OLA / SLAs and maintaining the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.Managing the analysis of console messages, diagnosing system failures, and taking corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations and technologies.You will:Develop in network- and network security technologies, their architectures, and respective tools as well as their day-to-day operation.Evolve beyond others in Cisco LAN Technologies, Cisco Datacenter Network Technologies, Wide Area Networking, Firewall Management, and other Network Security Technologies.Technical qualifications in these fields of action will be subject within this two-year programme
