What is the job about?The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numeric control (CNC) and auxiliary equipment in a manufacturing plant. This role involves everything from setup to operation, producing finished parts from metals, plastics, and other materials. This is a temporal night shift position.
What will you do?Maintain and organize the workshop and tools in optimal condition.Execute all operations required to produce parts, from raw material handling to final finishing.Operate a 5-axis CNC machine and perform regular maintenance.Provide support to the process and mechanical engineering team.Use various software tools to ensure product and process traceability is always up-to-date.Conduct routine inspections of parts and processes for quality control.What profile are we looking for?Mandatory: Demonstrable knowledge of the inner workings of a mechanical manufacturing workshop.High school education certificate in mechanics or other technical degrees.At least 3 years of experience in operating CNC machines.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance tools and procedures for machining equipment.Valuable: Knowledge of Mazak CV5/500 or equivalent machinery.Familiarity with Mazatrol or ISO SW languages.Med-High level of English for reading and writing, speaking is a plus.Experience in part finishing processes.What skills do we value?You have a proactive attitude, demonstrate autonomy, and take ownership of your daily tasks.Good analytical and problem-solving skills are key to excelling as a Cluer.You have the ability and eagerness to learn.You understand that to go far you go together, you are team-oriented and humble.You take pride in your work and you know that your team is your first customer, you value quality and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Systematic/analytical approach to work.What do we offer?Competitive salaryInternal and external continuous trainingLanguage lessonsFree coffee and snacksHealthy lunch served daily for the staff at the officeWork with the cutting-edge technologiesFriendly environment in any of our offices in Madrid or MalagaClue is committed to the diversity of its teams and an inclusive work environment.
