F&B Manager: The F&B manager is the conductor of the orchestra responsible for delivering an exclusive experience to our customers. He/she reports to the restaurant manager and the director of operations. More than just a manager, we are looking for someone dynamic and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and a great ability to lead, motivate and develop their team. This person must embody the unique spirit.
Your missions will be as follows:Manage a team of more than twenty five people.Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the service (delivery of dishes, customer satisfaction, responsiveness to specific requests, etc.).Ensure a quality of welcome and service in accordance with standards.Actively participate in the recruitment and training of the team, with personalised monitoring of each member of staff, with a view to constantly improving the individual performance of team members.Promote and animate the restaurant through events.Welcoming and building the loyalty of local and international clientele, maintaining the image and good reputation of the establishment.Controlling the cleanliness (HACCP) and the layout of the restaurant.Draw up and control the room schedules in collaboration with the restaurant manager.Managing the inventory, stocks and orders.Work closely with management, the head chef, his team and the security department.Profile:Hospitality / catering background.At least 5 years experience in a similar establishment.Proficiency in catering software and Office Pack.Fluent English (spoken and written).Excellent manager, team leader and assertive leader.Excellent interpersonal skills, good reception and customer service skills.
