It currently integrates T&I, renewable generation, and Energy Efficiency contracts.Currently present in Spain, Portugal, and Chile, we aim to expand into all key geographies for Ferrovial Construction, with the USA being one of them.We are looking to incorporate a Jefe/a de Obra Civil for the construction of a photovoltaic plant in the province of Soria.MISSION:Reporting to the Construction Manager, your mission will be to lead the contracting, construction, and civil supervision in the construction of photovoltaic plants, coordinating the various subcontractors and managing the resources assigned to the project.FUNCTIONS:Supervise civil works for renewable energy plants, ensuring compliance with safety and health policies, deadlines, quality, and costs.In coordination with the construction manager, negotiate and finalize contracts with various subcontractors.Coordinate the various subcontractors on all matters related to the construction of the project.Maintain ongoing collaboration with the Engineering Department to find the best technical solutions.Meet project needs regarding deadlines and quality of work.Ensure that the different subcontractors have the necessary materials and tools to perform the work.Plan the phases of work, ensuring the necessary internal and external resources for complete construction.Control the schedule.Monitor the performance achieved for each activity of the project.Control costs.Prepare and implement acceleration plans to meet committed deadlines.Ensure project planning by analyzing possible deviations and improvement plans for each item.REQUIREMENTS:Education: TechnicalValuable training in Occupational Risk Prevention.Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising civil works, preferably in renewable energy projects.
