Key responsibilities include: Driving market growth through media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness programs Implement and grow market foresight generation capability Scale proven use cases in market Answer local business questions with insights and deep-dive analysis Liaison for media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness and trends Implement latest AI and advanced data science techniques and trends A DAY IN THE LIFE … Deliver the market roadmap for effectiveness and use cases to be coordinated with functional SPOCs/analytics leads, media lead and markets. Analysis on media, marketing, price and promotion performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing changes to maximize efficiency and results. Forecasting/Advanced modelling outcomes and other data-driven recommendations for media, price & promo that aim to maximize return on marketing investments. Provides analytical support and insights to the Business Category Insights & Analytics Manager and Z-EUR Category & Business Performance Manager, enabling informed strategic decisions. Analyses multiple data sets and creates output that helps inform the business about market dynamics and competitive activity. Support categories in market with media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness programs. Provide expert data & analytics support and increase overall organizational understanding and capability in data and analytics. ARE YOU A FIT? 5 years of (medior-level) experience in data analytics, quantitative research or similar in a FMCG company, multinational or in Market Research companies. Expertise in the research including forecasting and advanced modelling, development and implementation of marketing insights and analytics. Commercially aware and focused on delivering business value through implementation of insights. Skilled in translation of trends and macro data into actionable insights for local brands. Skilled in facilitating and coordinating cross-functional work within a marketing environment. Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language being a considerable advantage.
