.Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Decarbonization Alkeymia, a company that deploys sustainable industrial molecules (ie. methanol, ammonia, etc.) projects leveraging on Green Hydrogen synthesis which belongs to the Capital Energy group, is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer whose main mission will be to plan the company's financial management and obtain appropriate resources in terms of quantity, cost, and timeframe to achieve the objectives of its business plan. Responsibilities include:Conducting financial control of all company business lines,Managing accounting and economic-administrative administration,Structuring potential investment and divestment operations.Responsibilities Design, manage,and implement Alkeymia's financing plan, originating, structuring, and leading operations at both corporate and project levels by identifying the most efficient mechanisms available in the market (with financiers as well as potential partners or investors).Develop and maintain the company's relationships with financial partners, partners, and investors.Structure and execute all investment and divestment operations of Alkeymia's assets.Ensure short, medium, and long-term financing and efficient management of the company's treasury.Lead the development, management, and supervision of budgeting and financial control for the company.Oversee the creation and monitoring of the Company's expense control mechanisms, as well as consolidated financial reporting.Participate in defining and structuring corporate strategy and business plans by providing the company's financial vision.Coordinate the development of the financial part of the business plan and the preparation of financial models and analyses.Monitor the evolution of the company's key financial ratios and prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board.Requirements Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or any other degree in the economic-financial and/or business field, or Engineering with postgraduate financial training.
