Your key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and Business Continuity Plans and Procedures (BCPs).Review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols.Develop Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for different business areas.Conduct risk assessments for various business areas and processes, analyzing the potential business impact of unpredictable disruptions: natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, market disruptions, etc.Support the planning, design, and execution of continuity tests, both technological and non-technological (walkthroughs, desktop tests, call tree tests, crisis management simulations, contingency/disaster recovery tests, backup recovery tests, etc.).Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of a disaster.Identify and implement recovery operations and methods that allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity.Align the crisis management plan with established best practices and international standards.Skills and attributes for successStrong teamwork skillsExcellent communication and innovation skillsAutonomy and critical thinking abilityStrong learning abilityProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.To qualify for the role, you must havePrior experience in IT Resilience or a similar roleB2+ level of Spanish languageB1+ level of English languageSpecialized training in CybersecurityIdeally, you'll also have knowledge of the followingISO 2700x, ISO 37500, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, NIST, Cloud Environments.GDPR, ICT SREP, PCI-DSS.What we offerEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
