Your key responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and Business Continuity Plans and Procedures (BCPs).
Review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols.
Develop Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for different business areas.
Conduct risk assessments for various business areas and processes, analyzing the potential business impact of unpredictable disruptions: natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, market disruptions, etc.
Support the planning, design, and execution of continuity tests, both technological and non-technological (walkthroughs, desktop tests, call tree tests, crisis management simulations, contingency/disaster recovery tests, backup recovery tests, etc.).
Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of a disaster.
Identify and implement recovery operations and methods that allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity.
Align the crisis management plan with established best practices and international standards.
Skills and attributes for success Strong teamwork skills Excellent communication and innovation skills Autonomy and critical thinking ability Strong learning ability Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
To qualify for the role, you must have Prior experience in IT Resilience or a similar role B2+ level of Spanish language B1+ level of English language Specialized training in Cybersecurity Ideally, you'll also have knowledge of the following ISO 2700x, ISO 37500, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, NIST, Cloud Environments.
GDPR, ICT SREP, PCI-DSS.
