Responsibilities:Manage all the contracts with customers in the region (delivery schedule, cost control, contribution margin, LDs, change orders, notifications, invoices, bonds, Provisional acceptance certificate, Final acceptance certificate, Product warranty documents, etc.
)Lead relationships with customers and other stakeholders for the projects in charge.Strong coordination with internal support leaders as well as with the Project Management team.Coordinate the direct relationship with the customers' managers.Manage all technical issues (technical docs, engineering definitions, I+D reviews, quality documentation etc.)
with the support of the technical project leader.Manage all supply chain issues (quality at suppliers, deliveries, assembly, commissioning, supervision, technical assistance, training) with the support of the technical project leader.Manage subcontractor's agreements on site with the support of the technical project leader.Coordinate all payments from the projects, including overdue.Active participation at internal coordination and team-building sessions, as well as external webinars, exhibitions, and other marketing activities when necessary.Regular report of activities to customers and line manager.Requirements:Experience in the PV segment 3-5 years, ideally with international organizations.Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical.
Electronic will also be considered.Experience in the management of construction contracts for utility-scale PV plants.Strong experience with the project execution stages (deliveries, quality management on site, assembly, commissioning etc.
