About the job
You will join the Real Estate and Workplace Experience and Record Information Management (RE & Wx & RIM) newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all OPELLA locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide.
The Cluster Sites Head will be responsible for all activities related to the Opella sites. As the Cluster Sites Head you will be the point of contact for the Landlord services and will coordinate and supervise all relations (internal and external providers) for the management of the sites.
Main responsibilities
First point of contact for all services provided by the Landlord (Real Estate and Workplace Experience) for all sites.
You will be the Site Head for the main site (above 100 people) and coordinate all activities for the other sites (2-3 sites) in co-working, access segregation or Opella Space.
Management of all activities and resources to keep the Opella spaces in line with the business expectations and budget (incl. processes).
You manage an internal (HSE, Security, Technical and Nurse) if appropriated and external team (facilities management).
You will implement all security guidelines for the sites and our employees in connection the Global Site security guidelines.
Responsible for the implementation of legal and company-internal HSE guidelines to prevent occupational accidents and diseases within your area of responsibility.
Define, control, and manage a competitive Workplace Experience budget at the sites.
Point of Contact for the Business Opella Head for all activities related to the sites (including Work Unions relations) and participate in the Global CHC RE and Workplace network.
Management of supplies/kiosks for drinks & management of any external providers for meal subsidies and additional offsite parking places outside the building.
You will be the "Hospitality" lead and will have to define the "hospitality" approach for the sites including Events organization with a strong focus on the main site.
You will be responsible to maintain the sites at the requested standard in terms of sustainability, brands Centricity and Opella Culture.
About You
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Site Head Position, Strong experience in Hospitality Management
Soft and Technical Skills: Autonomous and Customer Centric, Team Management, Budget Management, Ability to manage multi-projects in multi countries approach.
Education: Advanced training certificate in HSE if local requirement.
Languages: Local language & English fluent
