What's the job?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team, supporting the Luxury and Lifestyle segment for a cluster of 3 Kimpton Hotels in Spain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies.
This role demands a high level of organization, communication, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
You'll report to the Cluster Directors of Sales.
Your day-to-day Assist Cluster Directors of Sales L&L in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate and organize sales activities, including sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate and timely information.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and hotel teams to ensure client needs are met.
Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, fam trips, and promotional activities.
Ensure all event details are executed flawlessly, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotels.
Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for the Sales team.
Prepare and process sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
What we need from you Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, Hotel Management, or related field.
2+ years' experience working in a hotel sales department.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, detail-oriented, team player with a passion for service.
Great desire to learn and grow within the Luxury & Lifestyle segment.
