.The role of Revenue / Sales & Distribution Manager is to improve the profitability of the owned, leased and managed hotels within the TUI Magic Life Hotels with a particular focus on the properties in Spain and Italy.The role holder is responsible for maximizing revenue and profit for the hotel through strategic planning, pricing strategies, and effective inventory management. This role involves analysing market trends, forecasting demand, and implementing optimization strategies to ensure the portfolio's financial success. A key priority will be managing and optimising the online sales channels across different platforms along with driving third party contracted segment.The role holder must have excellent analytical skills and will be tasked with encouraging and embedding a culture of fact-based decision making across the portfolio.
