Role Overview Purpose: To maximize Hotel Revenue by accurately analyzing data, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and providing relevant recommendations to the Director of Revenue Management.
Summary of Responsibilities: Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessaryEnsure that revenue management standards and system health are maintained at a superior level daily.Promote and share Revenue Culture across the revenue generating departments and work with them on strategies for different market segments to optimize business mixProvide support to optimize production across all distribution channels keeping in mind cost, guest loyalty and seamless connectivityProvide support in pricing strategy, in line with brand standards and hotel's positioningEnsure weekly / monthly reporting is accurate and delivered in a timely mannerAttend all meetings related to revenue management function and prepare reports and presentations when necessarySupport forecasting and budgeting processesLiaise with sales & marketing, front office and F&B teams to communicate revenue management strategies and maximize revenueQualifications: 2 Years experience in Revenue ManagementBachelors or Masters Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, EconomicsExcellent understanding of luxury hospitalityUnderstanding of pricing and inventory management techniquesKnowledge of ancillary revenues revenue management is a plusKnowledge of TARS applications is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of revenue management systemsUnderstanding of tools used to identify market opportunities and risks, such as STR report and rate shopping toolsResults orientedMultiple hotel experience is a plus
