What do we expect from our Cluster General Manager?Required:A minimum of five years of proven experience in general management, with strong problem-solving capabilities.Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.Good knowledge and experience in the Caribbean hotel management market.Functional knowledge of all department operations and experience in managing high-volume, all-inclusive leisure hotels.Experience in luxury leisure resorts.Ability to drive financial performance and business opportunities as defined by MHI.Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.Ability to work in Playa del Carmen (Mexico).At Meliá we are all VIP.
