We are looking for a Cluster General Manager – Hotel Sapa Square & Sapa Mountain Resort Affiliated by Melia.

Main responsibilities:
The Cluster General Manager, as the highest position of the 2 Hotels' management, will be responsible for the whole operation of the Cluster and for the leadership of the Hotel teams. The Cluster General Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, management, and analysis of results of all the departments. They will oversee the implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International, established goals and objectives, and uphold the quality of service and brand standards and maintenance, as well as Health & Safety regulations and Sustainability & Talent Management corporate policies.
Main requirements:
Solid functional knowledge of all department operations.
Strong Sales & Marketing skills.
Management of Human Resources & Talent.
Management of profitability.
Good knowledge of Revenue Management.
Good understanding of the Sustainability and Environmental protection areas.
Fluent English & Vietnamese in speaking & writing.
University Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent Hotel Management or Tourism related education.
At least 2 years of experience as General Manager in hotels of a similar category.
Experience in International Hotel Chain.
Local market knowledge in Vietnam.
