We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club, ensuring the highest standards of service and member experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily club operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, and ongoing development, to ensure exceptional service delivery to our members.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.Develop and implement strategies for member retention, aiming to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS and overall member satisfaction.Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and members, prioritizing security and compliance with health and safety guidelines.Monitor and analyze operational performance, reporting regularly on progress towards budget targets, retention rates, and other KPIs.Promote The I/O's offerings, including training services, gym facilities, and wellness programs, ensuring the long-term satisfaction and loyalty of our members.Engage with members on a daily basis, fostering a sense of community and attentively addressing any concerns or needs.Implement and enforce operational processes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all areas of the club.Skills and Qualifications: A strong eye for detail and commitment to creating extraordinary member experiences.3-5 years of relevant experience in a management role within the fitness, hospitality, or wellness sector.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Additional languages will be a plus.Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and operational excellence.Strong business insight and experience in managing budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Hospitality, or Sports Management) is preferred but not required.Ability to meet targets and drive operational improvements consistently.Why The I/O?
