For our business operations in Spain, we are looking for a skilled Cloud Technical Architect with proven experience in AWS.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud solutions on the AWS platform and Hybrid Cloud implementations. Your primary focus will be understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable and reliable AWS architectures, and guiding teams through implementation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, performance, and cost-efficiency of AWS-based solutions while staying abreast of the latest AWS services and best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a cloud architect or senior cloud engineer focusing on AWS.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including computing, storage, networking, databases, security, and identity.
Strong understanding of cloud design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.
Technology related: +5 years in similar job position.
Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Git).
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, …) and microservices architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Certifications such as SRE, DEVOPS, AGILE, and ITIL are a plus.
Skills:
Power BI AWS migrations. AWS governance. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK).
Presentations, strong speech capabilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Solution Design, Architecture Development, Technical Leadership, Security and Compliance, Performance Optimization, Automation and DevOps, and Continuous Learning.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
