DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding our remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS customers in Enterprise, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), or high-priority acquisition targets in the Small Medium Business segment. As a Central Sales Representative at AWS, you are responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services. In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud. To harness the innovation and scale of services AWS offers, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives and adapt to changing market trends. Key job responsibilities
Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan.
Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
Work with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience and knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Technical Sales.
Proven AWS Cloud knowledge, AWS Certification (or equivalent).
Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
Experience working with and presenting to customers and exposure to senior decision makers.
English and Spanish/Portuguese speaker.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certified.
Proven IT sales track record.
BA/BS degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
