Job Summary: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding our remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS customers in Enterprise, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), or high priority acquisition targets in the Small Medium Business segment. As a Central Sales Representative at AWS, you are responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services. In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.
Key Responsibilities: Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan.Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.Ensure customer satisfaction.Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.Work with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunities.Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certified.Proven IT sales track record.BA/BS degree required; Masters or MBA a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience and knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Technical Sales.Proven AWS Cloud knowledge, AWS Certification (or equivalent).Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.Experience working with and presenting to customers and exposure to senior decision makers.English and Portuguese speaker.About AWS: AWS values diverse experiences.
