We are looking for a CLOUD PLATFORM TECHNICAL EXPERT based in our Boadilla del Monte (MADRID) office, with at least years of experience in pre-sales positions.
Your role As a CLOUD PLATFORM TECHNICAL EXPERT, your mission is to develop and optimize cloud platform solutions. You will be responsible for leading the technical part of cloud initiatives or business opportunities, ensuring our cloud computing systems meet the needs of our organization and customers.
Your main tasks will be: Attend to different customers, understand their needs, and offer different solutions. Provide technical solution expertise in designing traditional and cloud architectures (Compute, storage, backup, and network). Take responsibility for the technical solution and development phases of the customer journey: PoT / PoC / Demo. Review existing solutions, implement new services, or shift existing solutions into the cloud. Produce documentation and manage project schedules, status, and resources. Conduct product evaluations and communicate best practices. Develop technical offers to implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions deployments in Systems, Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Backup areas. If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:
Years of experience: Experience as a Cloud Platform Technical Expert and in pre-sales positions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Solid experience in presales, design, implementation, and management of complex distributed IT applications and infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud computing benefits, concepts, and principles. Experience designing, building, migrating, or transforming customer solutions to the cloud. Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies. History of successful consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises. Strong team player, ready to support team members. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and trends quickly. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. The following would also be great... Technical degree; Computer Science, Engineering, or Math background highly desired, or equivalent work experience. Virtualization, storage, or networking certifications. Familiarity with IaC languages (Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Sonar, Jira, Confluence). What is the Be Tech! experience like?
