Bachelor Degree or engineering with experience in private cloud. Experienced Migration PM having done Multiple Migrations to Private Cloud (VMWARE, Hyper-V, Container Platforms) and Hyperscale's (AWS, Azure, Google). Experienced/ Trained in the CIS Move to Cloud Process, Methods, techniques and Organization. Experienced in Handling the different Migration treatment types from Lift & Shift (P2V, V2V, Upgrade/Redeploy) and familiarity of environment is VMware, Hyper-V Physical Unix platforms or other specialist appliances in source or in target. Experience of leading the migration planning and testing interfacing with Customer/3rd Party Application Teams impacted by the Migration and Target Landing Zone assessments. Experience Performing the Project Management of the Discovery and Assessment Activity as well as the Design work, Wave Planning, Migration Cutover and Acceptance to Run steps of the workloads to be moved to the new target. Team management & Staffing decisions for cutover events that may include planning shift working of the different technical teams. Has good technical and communication skills and can work under pressure. English fluent. Spanish mandatory.
