We are seeking a highly motivated Google Cloud Infrastructure Architect (m/f/x) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and management for our clients on the Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities: Be a trusted technical adviser to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure, Networking and Security challenges.Lead requirements gathering, conduct analysis and craft solutions following best practices for GCP oriented projects.Develop strategies and blueprints for deploying complex application workloads effectively on the GCP platform.Design robust solutions for business continuity.Lead projects in a hands-on role driving GCP cloud migration/adoption from inception to production.Support the sales life-cycle by providing GCP technical expertise for POCs, drafting RFP responses, and SOW creation.Support the development and growth of our Cloud Infrastructure capabilities.Responsibility: This position is a stakeholder-facing role and embodies the responsibility of capturing, prioritizing, and delivering project expectations for all aspects of the projects you work on.You can lead technical customer workshops and design a solution meeting the customer requirements on all aspects of the project (Governance, Security, Networking, Billing, Operations).You are an advocate for Cloud adoption and enlighten customers in their Cloud Adoption strategy, no matter their Cloud Maturity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you have the ability to communicate tasks, challenges, and results clearly to technical & non-technical colleagues and customers.Ability to understand both the business and technical requirements and apply existing, or develop new methodologies to satisfy those requirements.You are able to guide and streamline technical tracks of a multidisciplinary team, composed of colleagues and customers.You mentor and guide junior colleagues through their journey in the team and within the projects you collaborate on.Minimum Requirements: At least 5-10 years full-time professional experience supporting: Software, network, server, storage, IT security and telephony, Cloud Environment.Develop operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, SSO and Password Management.Experience and knowledge of Networking technologies and security, VPN, Identity Access Management, VOIP.Strong experience of Windows Server 2008R2 Standard – Windows 2019 Datacenter, VMWare vCenter, Dell VXRail, EMC, PowerEdge server, or other forms of Hyper-converged environments.Understanding of NAS and NAS to Cloud configurations, virtual and bare metal backup as well as High Availability solutions.Proven knowledge and experience in SharePoint.
