To support this, Pepper Advantage Spain is seeking a Closing Manager who will be reporting into the Director of the Real Estate department.

Responsibilities Ensure the registration in the information systems and documentation of the flow of all operations (REO & NPL).
Direct collaboration with the areas of Property, Sales, and Assets managers.
Guarantee the documentary quality of the signature and of the documentation drawn up.
Fluid dialogue with other areas of the organization such as Legal Advice, Finance, or PBC, as well as supervision of agencies and officials.
Drafting of minutes of sale, dation, cancellation, novations, notarial executions, stand still, short sale, term sheet, takeovers, etc.
PBC & Compliance.
Closing of operations: POA, DIL, DPO, FPO, etc.
Assistance to signatures and follow-up of operations, both pre-signature and post-signature.
Study and analysis of the competent regulations in all mortgage operations, both at national and European level.
Organize signatures of closing operations: Purchases, dations in payment, mortgage cancellations, credit sales, powers of sale.
Manage money laundering prior to signing.
Control and management of property charges: Payment of IBI's, Communities, and Complementary.
Execution of earnest money contracts and payment agreements.
Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage management or closing management area related position.
High sense of responsibility and communication and negotiation skills.
