If you've got a knack for whipping up eye-catching visuals and can sprinkle some editing magic on video segments, we've got an exciting canvas for you: Penpot. That's why we don't require specific formal education, but we do expect you to have experience in the following areas:4 years of hands-on experience as a motion graphic designer, crafting audiovisual content for social media (reels, live streams, advertisements, tutorials, promos, etc.), including all its phases from the idea, through design and animation.Experience in video editing .Proficiency in working with 3D .Proactivity and creativity are key.
