Role: Client Lifecycle Management GraduateResponsibilities:Safeguarding Ebury and our existing Clients from financial crime and reputational risksConduct ongoing customer due diligence for corporate and individual clients and partners in compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and internal requirementsPerform screening checks on client data against sanctions, PEPs and negative mediaMonitoring, cleaning and introducing data in the system to comply with reporting obligations derived from the Anti-Money Laundering regulationsEnsure prompt resolution of customers related issues on email, phone and chatEfficient management of a personal portfolio of cases and tasksProactive follow-up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely completion of cases and tasksDocumenting client files in a structured format compliant with internal requirementsComplete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely mannerCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues and Supervisors, escalating problems swiftly, as neededAdhere to all internal policies, processes and proceduresRequirements:University degreeDiligent, with excellent attention to detailProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly empathetic, with strong active listening skillsCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresAdaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and proceduresAligned with Ebury valuesFluency in English, any other language is considered a real benefit#J-18808-Ljbffr
