Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician (Clinical Trials Pharmacy Unit) VHIR offers a temporary position for a Laboratory Technician for investigational medicines management at the Clinical Trials Unit of the Pharmacy Service. The Clinical Trials Pharmacy Unit manages the investigational medicinal products (IMP) of all clinical trials performed in Vall d'Hebron campus under the scope of VHIR.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Superior Laboratory Technician
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level)
Desired:
Training in Good Clinical Practices
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a Hospital Pharmacy
Knowledge of laminar flow cabin work practices
Desired:
Previous experience in Investigational Medicinal Products management
Main responsibilities and duties:
Investigational Medicinal Products global management (reception, custody and dispensation).
Investigational Medicinal Products preparation (sterile and non-sterile)
Managing Drug accountability software
Managing Interactive Web Response Systems
Interaction with study monitors and investigational staff
Labour conditions:
Full-time position: 40h/week.
Starting date: Immediate.
Gross annual salary: 22.000 – 26.000 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
Contract: temporary (linked to a replacement)
