.The role encompasses the following activities: Coordinate the downstream processing of clinical trials business and managing the end-to-end process including completion of data in the different systems and other hand-off sheets.Field direct queries from brokers or clients on their clinical trials programmes.Aid underwriters in completing the Clinical Trials underwriting process and maintaining an accurate policy record.Aid underwriters in tracking Drug or Device accumulations.Act as a knowledge resource point on clinical trials for underwriters on specifics of clinical trial issuance, liaising with regional leaders to ensure up to date Network information.Support underwriters by providing underwriting, regulatory and compliance information, and advice on programme structure.Ensure that CHUBB's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Multinational Clinical Trial Programmes.Liaise with Affiliates to ensure issuance of documents utilizing influencing skills and rapport to achieve better than standard turnarounds.Work with Shared Service Centre to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.Coordinate closely with Credit Control to ensure payments occur on the non-regular payment structure.Drive development of more efficient processes.Support Underwriting by solving IT issues and liaising with the Helpdesk.Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all Clinical Trial programmes are implemented to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.Work with Shared Service Centre to guide/support them in account handling activities.Support Underwriters in the underwriting process and file maintenance.Ensure Trial Workbooks are prepared, maintained and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards.Build relationships with Underwriters, Clinical Trial Global Network controller, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties such as affiliate relationships.Work within the framework of CHUBB ethical and service standards.Assist with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Trial Process.Support the Global Services department for any multinational insurance task that may be needed.Complete incidental work that may be required outside day-to-day work requirements.Requirements: Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.Insurance Certification is a must.Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or insurance is desirable.German and French would be an advantage.Experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes is an advantage.Working experience of Casualty Insurance is an advantage.Experience in highly service-driven roles in the insurance industry – ability to manage workloads, prioritization and solution-minded.Practice of underwriting process and reinsurance process is an advantage
