With the support of exceptional people and an energized purpose, you'll be empowered to own your career journey with dedicated mentoring,training and personalized development planning.Core Responsibilities Documenting and tracking study activities using relevant forms and tools, as well as relevant Project Management SystemPreparation of study site specific materials in accordance with relevant SOPsSetting up and maintaining tracking systems for e.G. study supplies and investigator paymentsCreate and maintain contact list of study team members, study sites, and external suppliers/contract organizationsSupport Investigator MeetingsSet up and maintain clinical investigator files and documentationAssist with coordinating study level vendors as requestedOrganize/prepare for client meetings/teleconferencesLiaise with all other departments to ensure the smooth running of the study as neededMaintain paper trial master file documentation and tracking/archiving as applicableMight be requested to work in a client facing environmentPerform other duties as assigned by managementEducation and Qualifications Diploma - Secondary Education or equivalentPrevious administrative experience or equivalent training/experience in clinical trials is preferredGood oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and EnglishOrganized and has the ability to multi-taskAs a leading contract research organization (CRO), Labcorp Drug Development provides comprehensive drug development solutions for a range of industries.
