Working in partnership with the Area Business Managers to deliver IV Sales targets through clinical expertise; IV product demonstrations; IV product trials and rollouts.
Follow up on leads from sales reports and ensure customers are competent in using the range.
To support the National Clinical Training Manager to design, implement and deliver training in any product category as per business needs
To establish key educational contacts with all contracted accounts, developing and maintaining good customer relationships
To deliver monthly Venepuncture and Cannulation training sessions to contracted customers within the region
To book and record all customer-facing training and maintain a full diary

Ability to plan, implement and evaluate training, make improvements and feedback learning to the nursing team.
Ability to recognise different learning styles and adapt to meet the needs of the learners
