Position Summary We are looking for a Clinical specialist to join our STERIS team. He/she will be a reference contact person for the Customers, the sales team and the sales network, regards to clinical and product knowledge. He/she will s upport Customer in the use of the STERIS solutions, explaining features and benefits, including a strong presence in the CSSD and Endoscopy arena. He/she will h elp Customers in solving issues they might face during the supply. He/she will s upport the tendering process, through the preparation of technical documents.
Duties Performs in service, courses, demos, hospital staff training for the use of the products. Regularly visits Customers to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, guiding the Customer in the correct use of the products and answering technical questions Supports internal sales team training Helps maintaining the technical documentation up to date and organized for easy retrieval, including the translation or validation of some regulatory, marketing, and training materials Supports the delivery of technical documents for tenders, together with the sales team Supports organization of congresses including presence and demos at the stand Supports MKT activities from a Clinical perspective, both internally (new businesses integration) and externally (Customer events) Education DegreeMaster's DegreeRequired Experience 2 or more years of work experiece in areas such as: Clinical Specialist, Sales Specialist, Field Service Engineer, Product Specialist Experience in performing in service, courses, demos, hospital staff training Experience in manage Customer's visit to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, guiding the Customer Able to mantain the technical documentation up to date Skills Teamworking and communication Goals oriented approach and problem soliving mindset Product and clinical knowledge Good level of English, both written and spoken Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Additional InformationWe are committed to equal employment opportunity and the use of affirmative action programs to ensure that persons are recruited, hired, trained, transferred and promoted in all job groups regardless of race, color, religion, age, disability, national origin, citizenship status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, and any other category protected by state or local law.
