Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's clinical trials.
Manage and mentor the Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs) team to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Oversee the administrative and operational aspects of clinical trials, including protocols, contracts, and collaborations with participating hospitals.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
Collaborate with internal scientific teams to align clinical strategies with research objectives.
Contribute to the preparation of grant applications and reports for public funding.
Requirements Education: PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related fields.
Location: Madrid or Barcelona (hybrid working model) Experience: A minimum of 3 years in clinical trial management or similar roles.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of GCP and clinical trial regulatory frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1 level or higher) is essential.
