Gameto is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager, based in Madrid, who will be integral in managing the set up and follow-through of the company's preclinical research and operations in Madrid.About You:The Clinical Project Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and company senior leadership, as well as interact with our clinic partners and external vendors. The Clinical Project Manager will develop, lead, and execute on the preclinical and clinical study plans developed by leadership, holding responsibility for selecting, prioritizing, and accelerating the strategy to develop our initial product:Fertilo.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that partner clinics are delivering against the agreed research plan, being a proactive problem solver to ensure data is generated quickly and delays are minimized.Develop a reporting infrastructure to ensure company leadership and relevant stakeholders are kept informed of research progress.Implement strategies to meet company goals.Evaluate, select, and develop relationships with clinic partners management teams along with clinical investigators at Gameto's study sites.Maintain understanding of competitors and relevant scientific and therapeutic areas by attending scientific meetings and tracking literature.Demonstrate strong people management skills, leading by example and working with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and study sites.Build, retain, and develop a high caliber, world-class experimental group in Madrid.Qualifications:Understanding of managing a multidisciplinary scientific team: embryologists, reproductive endocrinologists, stem cell engineers/scientists, regulatory, and sales/marketing stakeholders.Some experience and understanding of both the US & European health markets, regulatory submissions to the FDA, EMEA, or other regulatory agencies.A proactive, dynamic, fast-paced individual with the ability to think innovatively and problem solve on the go, providing clear instructions to team members.The ability to effectively interact and build strong relationships with external Key Opinion Leaders, academic partners, and industry experts.Previous leadership experience, including managing direct reports across geographies while working effectively with other functional areas and managing budgets.High enthusiasm, independence, and self-motivation, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to both internal and external stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
