The Clinical Project Manager plays a vital role in implementing and managing clinical technology projects, acting as a bridge between Ascom and its clients in the healthcare sector. This hybrid role combines project management, application engineering, and customer care to design, deploy, and integrate customer-specific solutions, particularly within clinical and healthcare environments. The role is ideally based in Barcelona.
Your Contributions: Lead and execute the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final handover.Act as a technical expert during the implementation process, offering hands-on support and documentation.Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.Conduct system integration and configuration specifically for clinical environments.Supervise and guide internal and external teams during project phases, ensuring high-quality delivery within timeframes.Facilitate customer training and provide post-implementation support in coordination with Customer Care.The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.Proven project management experience with a strong track record of managing complex technical projects (3-5 years).Experience in healthcare or clinical settings, with knowledge of clinical workflows.Familiarity with network architecture, software systems, and IT infrastructure.Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus), with experience managing cross-functional teams.Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What We Offer You: A company you can take pride in.Inspiring and collaborative colleagues.Abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth.The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the healthcare industry.Join Us and Make an Impact: Ascom is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
