Position Details: Role: Associate to Senior Clinical Team Lead / Clinical Operations ManagerLocation: Remote, based in Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, UK, or other Western EU countriesEmployment Type: ContractFTE: Flexible – 0.5FTE à 1FTECompensation: Market Leading Hourly rateTravel: Co-monitoring with CRAs at local sites across various countries. About the Role: As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating clinical monitoring activities from site selection to study close-out.This is a hands-on position requiring a strong background in CRA activities and a proven track record of managing trials across multiple phases (Phase I-IV). Your responsibilities will include: Leading clinical operations activities for global trials. Managing and supporting CRAs across multiple EU and potentially USA site locations. Ensuring smooth trial setup, initiation, and execution, including Ethics Committee (EC) submissions. Overseeing site selection, close-out visits, and delivery of Trial Master Files (TMF) to the client. Facilitating co-monitoring visits to ensure quality and compliance across sites. Leveraging your EU-wide experience to manage diverse locations and regulatory requirements effectively. What We're Looking For: Significant clinical research experience, including a robust background as a CRA.Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial phases (Phase I-IV).Demonstrated experience managing trials in Europe (EU-wide experience essential).Expertise in EC submissions and trial initiation processes.Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams of CRAs.Flexibility to travel for co-monitoring visits as required.
